Art in Times of Quarantine

Pop art is usually a type of art made by combining images and figures from mass and popular cultures. Inspired by the most famous pop artist, Andy Warhol, I created my first pop art around a picture of me with my best friend, combining it with other several images of our shared interests, and mass cultural references like Internet Explorer.

Mandala literally means a “circle.” These are geographic, intricate patterns, which help to greatly improve concentration and focus of an individual. I really enjoy making intricate patterns and especially Mandalas, because they require precision and a lot of patience. It proves to be great in quarantine times!
